Charges for pantry service & nonavailability mobile charging port

27th May I was traveling in 2901 JNANESWARI super deluxe from Lokemanya Tilak Terminus mumbai to Howrah in AC 2nd class. I had two complains:

1.Pantry service charged Rs 45 for plain veg meal from everyone. Afterwards I have heard from a friend that the meal charge was only Rs 30~32 only. But they have charged unduely. I want to know the correct menu charge. If charge is really not Rs 45 then there is a big fraud is going on & I request the authorities to look into the matter.

2.The charging point for mobile/laptop was also missing from the AC 2nd class compartment (A1), though in A2 the charging point is there, but it is not convenient for passengers of A1&2 both use the same charging points. Railway should provide this simple facilities in all AC compartments, keeping in mind the travel duration, hrs/distance, km.
