This Chennakesavulu Reddy M, reserved ticket to Nellore from Bangalore on 19 Nov.
The journey date is on 26 Nov. Pick up point is NGEF near bigbazar. I had waited near NGEF busstop since 6.30 pm on 26 Nov
2009.Around 8.15 pm bus came and it didnt stop at that point. I chased the bus in auto immediately and reached Tin factory (nextstop). But it didnt stop there also. Its really inconvenient and bad service. I didnt expect this type of service from KSRTC.
Immedaitely I called to the mobile number mentioned in ticket, but its switched off.
I lost faith on KSRTC.If there is no guarentee that bus would stop at the pick point, then there is no point of reserving
ticket. Eventhough I booked ticket one week in advance that too VOLVO (AIRAVAT), It became waste. I took next express bus and
travelled by standing. I paid second time.
Please take necesary Action on Bus Conductor and driver. Do justice for the passengers.
I would be satisfied atleaset if the amount is credited back to my account.
