Expired goods due to low quality

Sir i am running departmental stores since past 15 years . the products which the agency has suplied me was bad quality of biscuts.i made request to take back the products but they did not visited my shop since past 6 months so please make me arrangments to repalce the products of parle products pvt.ltd.
