I had complained about excessive meter reading and bills and that apart, to assess the real consumption/usage I had requested for installation of check meter. Despite my repeated requests, day to day follow up and 5-6 letters, nothing has been done. In the last four months I have been made to pay a whopping 45000/- rupees, while my average consumption is not more than 1000/1200/-. All my efforts in the direction have fell through and all requests have fell on deaf ears. I am a service class person and each passing day is painfull for me. This is a flagrant example of apathy shown by the officials of company and inhuman attitude meted out to the consumers who are religiously paying their bills. It is requested that the check meter (I had deposited the requisite fee) may kindly be installed at once and excess amount may be returned to me at the earliest. It is also requested that further bill may not be issued till the adjustment of amount.
