Delay in meter installation in sec-105 noida

I have applied for new meter connection in september. I was told that meter would be installed within a weeks time. But till date no one has contacted me for meter connection.

I tried to call the SDO Mr Saraswat but he is so rude while talking that i had to disconnect the phone without getting any information.

Hope this forum will help me in this matter.
