SMS BILL - Preplanned cheating

Sir,

I am using all the three network providers sim [AIRCEL, AIRTEL, VODAFONE].. In all of them last year charged 30RS/Month for unlimited sms.. But all of them are now charging around 60RS/Month.. These Network operators cheating money from the consumers by pre- planned agreements methods between them.. So strict action sholud be taken against them..
