Dear Sir,
This is to bring your notice that I had applied for Passport on 22/11 in Lucknow office.
I was unavailable on my first Police varification due to some reason. After continous follow-up,
I knew that process was delay because police varification was not comletely sucessfull.
After 14 th month revarification was done sucessfully but I have
not received my passport. Whenever I tried for know my status through the NET, I was shocked to
read this"Either my file no was wrong or information not available"
Please look in to the matter, I am really fed-up to follow-up since 22/11 (submitting my
application).
Please do the needful.
