I have applied for passport by DISTRICT PASSPORT COLLECTION OFFICE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, FARIDKOT on dated 26-08.

FILE NO. ASRZ03232809

AND I AM PUNJAB GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE and i have also given ANEXURE-B by the department.

but i have not yet received my passport.

PLEASE ISSUE MY PASSPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
