Egarding my name displayed in status of passport

Hello sir,

My name is APPALA SURYA THEJA, applied for passport on 21-08 in HYDERABAD AT ABIDS GPO, FILE NUMBER: W254765, and now the problem is that, In status enquiry it is displaying my name as SURYA TEJA APPALA instead of SURYA THEJA APPALA and I would like to have a solution for this. Kindly do the needful sir and now my status displayed is "OTHERS" which I cannot understand. Can you explain me the meaning of "OTHERS". Please do the needful sir.
