Passport Delay
Delay in despatch of passport

Respected sir/mam,

I am (karamjit) sister of Amarjit singh Punnea, from Agwar Kothe Rahlan, Jagraon

Tehsil -.Jagraon, Dist.ludhiana. My has applied for new passport on 1-07-08 File Reference number-A047238, there was an obligation on this passport due to,

the spelling mistake of mother’s name.this was due to some clerical mistake which was overcomed by us by submiting mother’s pancard’s and passport’s Photostat copy in urs office.after that there is no response from yours side., when my brother came to urs office head officer said that after some days his passport will be dispatched but this haven’t happen. My brother needs the passport urgently because he want to apply for futher studies in abroad, and want appear for IELTS .So kindly dipatch his passport as soon as you can.we will be greatly thankful to you for this act of kindness.
