Delay in getting the passport

Hi,

I submitted my passport application on 30th of AUGUST and my reference number is w670758. I am checking the status of the application everyday and it always says - police report is clear. Application in under process.

I would request you to please take this as an urgent request and assist me in issuance of my passport.
