Not proper customer service

Sir i have a Aircel postpaid connection, i am not receiving the monthly bills by post or by email. But they are sending sms and calling to pay the pill. This thing is happening every month. I went to their showroom and amaid complaint many times but there is no reponse from their side. When i am calling customer care thru my mobile they are not answering the call. Can you help me in this matter, is there any possibility that i take a legal action againt the company. Please reply me soon
