Dear Sir,

my father had applied for passport on 02.06.2009. His file no. is CHDZ00260409. He is govt. servent. So police verification is not required. But in the website status is written that Police Report has not been received. His identity proof is attached in the file. So it is requested that passport should be made as early as possible.
