Delay of passport

Hi,

I have applied for my passport in Chandigarh on 14 Dec and my file number is: C006982.

Not able to see the status online and not getting any information about my papers.

Actually after applying fo rmy passport, I got my posting in Mysore Infosys and was there in Infosys Guest house (Hootagalli) fro few months and then to Pune.

From Pune, I am done with all the verification, but now the papers according to Chandigarh people are in Mysore, but when i talked to Mysore people, they said they didnt receive my papaers till now.

Please it is over 1 year waiting for my passport.

Tell me the solution for that.

Urgently need my passport as I have to submit my passport to my Infosys office for my job confirmation before April.
