Delay of Passport

I Neelam Kataria applied for passport at New Delhi Passport Office (Bikaji Cama Place) refrence no. H015810 on 4th September. I have checked the status it says passport has been granted and passport no. is also granted but I have not yet received the passport at my address. Its more than three months.
