I am rally fed up with one incident caused on couple of days back.

I puchaced one recharge coupen for 198 Rs, with the below with offers

Aircel to air cel free

Other @ 50 ps

Free talk time of Rs 100

But after recharge i didn't get these offers. When i contacted your coustermer care they tell that this offer is no longer applicable.

OK i have below questions.

Then why you clear the stock of these recharge coupens?

This is really cheating... and not excepting from such a big firm like you.

I am feeling bad to continue with your servise thius is really patetic.

I need an anser by return. I need my money back.
