I m not satisfied with the behiaviour of service provide

Dear sir,

As per my last complaint my service provider my service provider stopped my. in coming and outgoing facility but after registration of the complaint my service provider activated my in coming and outgoing facility. But before few days they again stopped my outgoing facility.
