i have taken a connection of 256kbps for 30 day valid unlimited, but normaly the speed will be 60 to 100kbps and earlier i was not able to use the internet if i callup ur customer care ur people will be telling it will be slove in 12 hrs the day his gone for me its ok but the problem will not been solve again i have to callup ur call center not more than 20 to 30 times to solve the problem, ur sify work only when there his a renewal time, so please look after the compliant and as soon as possible rectifie it
