Ordered 1 piece of S/W and a floppy on May 23, 05. Received instant emailing showing order status, etc. Here's where the problem begins:
1. Web site shows UPS Ground Shipping. My email indicated FedEx Ground. The 2nd email I received shows a Fedex tracking number. Tracking the number indicates electronic packaging information received (this email was sent from Fedex). Nothing else shown.
2. Phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.
Yahoo (since this is a Yahoo store) will not intervene. Says to contact vendor directly (umm how? they won't answer anything!)
3. Credit card already charged. In my numerous emails I have asked for either a cancellation of my order or refund on my CC - no response.
4. I suppose the only resolution I have is to contact my CC company and have them fight it.
I read on some of the other reviews that customers had a positive experience with this company (can't imagine how?) - But the negative reviews far outweigh the positive ones. BUYER BEWARE - AVOID THIS RESELLER!
