Double dipping on payment

My grandson, two months ago, was unable to access your game. As I was at his home, I used my visa card to pay for him.

When later telling his father, my son, he informed me that he was already being debited monthly for his son's entertainment.

I have now had two amounts of $5.95 plus overseas charges added to my Visa. You are now receiving two amounts.

Would you kindly notify me of the removal of my direct debit. My grandson is Zachary Clarkson and he enjoys playing this game.

Please advise me.
