Hi,
This has reference to our Consignment No. C19979930 dated 10.02.2009 booked through First Flight from Chennai to Sangli and the same has not reached the Consignee till now (28.02.2009) even after having several follow-ups with your Customer Service Executives (Prameela, Deepa, Divya, Deepika, Sridevi, ………….. more than 40 calls) but till now we have not received any immediate action from your end nor proper response from your customer service executives.
Also find the below email forwarded on 19.02.2009 & reforwarded on 21.02.2009 on the same issue for your ready reference for which no action has been taken till now (09.12.2010)
Please note, we had an emergency requirement from our Client hence we chose your first flight service and which had not served our purpose and ultimately your enormous delay and irresponsible service had resulted heavy loss to our business.
As your executive Ms. Gomathy, Critical Issue department has informed only on 27.02.2009 that you have finally lost our material and now you will compensate our loss.
We really regret for choosing your worthless service.
As this issue has affected and created great mental torture to us and we were unable to concentrate on our routine business. Hence, you will need to compensate for the same with Rs. 20, 000/-(including the material cost, First Flight Charges and mental worries).
Request you to kindly issue the Demand Draft / Cheque for Rs. 20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) in the name of PEP ENGINEERS and send to the company address as per the attachment; failing which legal steps will be taken against you for compensation.
