Dear Sir,
Yesterday i.e on 18/06 around 7.00 p.m. i got my tickets reserved from counter no.14 of Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala at ISBT for going from Delhi to Patiala on 19/06. Today morning due to some amergency my programme was cancelled and i went at ISBT, Delhi to get the tickets cancelled but they told that now the conductor will cancel it. You come at 5.30 p.m. The scheduled departure of the bus is 5.30 pm. There is not any information on the ticket that these are non-refundable. This is injustice. A Government Enterprise is doing such things. The cost of the tickets is 860/-(Rs.430/- per ticket).
