To whomsoever it may concern,

This is to bring to the notice of the concerned that I had made a subscription for an yearly membership of Perfect Getaways - Religare Online (Timeshare holidays) in 2010 Nov. The charges were Rs. 7500 and it gave me the offer of staying 7 nights at any of their or affiliated properties in India or abroad during this period. My booking id is 201011283353

The process was to fill a form and send it with a DD of Rs. 750 to their address. Once they verify the application they were to revert in 3 to 4 working days.

I was planning for October vacation in Goa and had sent the above last month (16th Jun) to their address and then also soft copies of the same by mail to their id with me ([email protected]).

Post that, I have sent them at least 10-12 reminders but there is no revert. Also, they have given their call centre nos which I cannot get thru... basically they put us on hold for a very long time and none of their reps come on line. Its one month today and they are completely sleeping on this. Would want you to take it up with them. THeir contact nos are 0120-3397171 & 7172
