PERFECT SERVICES
NON-RECEIPT OF PF SETTLEMENT

Dear Sir,

I worked for a company called PERFECT SERVICES and my PF a/c number is DL/26692/162.

I resigned from the company on 31.3.09 and submitted my PF withdrawl form through my employer during Jul'09.

But till date, I have not received my PF settlement amount.

Kindly look into the same and your feedback is highly appreciated.
