Delay in provident fund clearence

I have worked with Perfetti Van Melle India Ltd, for a period of 2 years and 5 months. I have sent my PF clearance document to PF Office, Gurgaon by speed post on 03-01-09. I was told by my company that it would take 2 months to get the clearance. So far I have not received it. I request for immediate action in regards to my PF.
