Change of address

Sir,

The letter for change of address has been given to the BSNL office at Kodambakkam on 15/12. But the line has not been shifted from old address to the new address til now. But today 2 staffs from BSNL came to the new address at around 4 pm with fully drunk when my mother was alone and went around all the rooms unnecessarily and asked my mother to make a hole on the door so that they can do the wiring work. As she told them you people bring the wire up to our door step and leave it we will put a hole on the door and make a connection. But the staffs said you make a hole first then we will come and give the connection and left, without saying anything about the connection. Considering the case please take necessary action against the people involved in this.
