Wrong Name printed on the Pan card

This is in reference to the acknowledgement no 031680303345110 pan card no AHKPM 8131H.

I would like to inform you that i have no objection if my father's name is not changed in the Pan Card.

The name which is reflecting in the pan card is " NARSI PERAJ MAHGE" dont make any changes in the name.

I would request you to keep the name as it " NARSI PERAJ MAHGE".

Kindly change my name to " HARESH NARSI BHANUSHALI" and send me the new pan card.
