Internet and Basic Phone not working

My Basic phone 0120-2651909 and internet broaband connection as well are not working since 16.01.2009. I lodged complaint with the exchange of Shipra Sun City. Finally they put it in order for some hours on 22.01.2009. Now it is again dead.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
