Non reciept of dec credit card statement

I have not received Dec credit card statement # 4384 5999 9540 5429. I have contacted your helpline 022-668 00001 on 9 occasions since 23-12-08. All representatives assure me that I will get the same in 3 hrs in my email and paper copy after 4 working days. Till date I have not received anything. I have visited the Andheri (E) branch today and advised them to stop payment of credit card dues, due to non receipt of statement. I hope some one will wake up and take timely action before events take an ugly turn and prevent any litigation in this matter.

I would also like to register a strong complaint against one of your call centre employee one Mr Zahir who took my call on25-12-08 at 2pm and again on 31-12-08 at7.50pm. He is in the habit of hanging up on you during course of conversation and we are left talking into empty space. The same can be verified by you from the call log you must be maintaining. I would like to know the action you propose to take against this boy.
