i have newly connection for bsnl phone and broaband connection last monthe date 15/01 i tik all the monthly rental basis

modem rental, bill monthly rental but the bsnl office staff put annual payment type and 150 rupess extra charage. so i kindly requesting please change bill monthly rental type kindly asking you,
