Bill payment negligance

ICICI bank makes payment to BSNL and Torrent power ltd. on my behalf regularly and I square up the amount with the bills forwarded by you. However, you have not paid to BSNL for the period 1/2/09 to 28/02/09 on my telephone no. 079 26303522. I have already forwarded the cheque no.866981 dt. 26/3 from Axis Bank to your bank and the amount is debited from my account. Pl. refer to BSNL bill no. T0603200915150378 dt.06 /03 for Rs. 513/- only. As this bill was not made through by your bank, my tel. line was disconnected, I had to rush to pay Rs. 533/ as against Rs. 513/-. You have charged me Rs.561/-??? This means, I have made payment twice and additional amount also.

You are requested to correct the expenses in your next bill and before that, kindly give me a convincing reply.

If you have no answer to the above, kindly cancel my credit card immediately under an intimation to me.

Pl. use my e mail ID as mentioned above only; my old ID ([email protected]) is now cancelled.
