Dont get pan card yet

I apply for pan card at dt:-06-10-07 my application no is 032298002. after 1 month when i ask in the office where is my pan card they said that, your pan card is already send to me and my pan no is AMBPD4273B

at the dt:15-10-07.till now i don't get it.please inquiry about the pan card.
