I have applied for Pan Card in March 09, but till date i have not received it.

I have checked the status of pan card on internet, the details are as given below:

Please let me know, when i will get my Pan card. I have confirmed the status of my pan card frm luhdiana office, they says they have returned it back; dont knw why? I should get the pan card by registered post at my address asap. please do the needful.
