International registered parcels missing

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am an Indian citizen, currently resident in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I sent 2 parcels (containing small gift items) on the 5th of September to my home address (6, M.M. Feeder Road, Calcutta - 700057, West Bengal, India). Today it is the 23rd of October, and both parcels have not reached my home yet, nor am I able to find any status whenever I am attempting to track them by the barcode numbers. The barcode numbers of the parcels are as follows :

CC 89900069 4 NL

CC 89900068 5 NL

Please help if possible.
