Sub: Harassments at your Ticket Counter

I am a physically handicapped person hereby draw your kind attention to the following facts and request you to take necessary steps to curtail such behaviors of respectable Railway staff.
On 17th Oct. I am on the way to my native from Bangalore. I went to a counter at Yashavanthpur Rly Station at about 07.15 pm, for my ticket to Kabaka Puttur. Myself, being physically handicapped, I rushed directly without following the ‘Queue’ under the guidelines. I produced the Xerox copy of my Certificate and requested the counter clerk to issue the Ticket to Kabaka Puttur. He refused my request with an objection stating that I have to produce the Original OPH Certificate. Further he asked me to pay Rs.100.00 against the actual fair of Rs. 54/- I refused to pay more than the actual. The Counter Clerk found to be quite arrogant against me with regard to my claim for concession Railway Ticket. I told him that the concession is not being paid from his pocket and it is the benefit extended by the Respectable Department. Even though he denied to issue a ticket for me.
Then I approached the higher official at the Station and explained my problem. Immediately, he helped me and instructed to issue the ticket. Even thoughm the said counter-in-charge refused to issue the ticket.
Then the official instructed to issue the ticket in some other counter. Accordingly I got my ticket at 8.15 – 8.20 pm for the train which departure at 8.30 pm. Being my self Handicapped, I suffered a lot due to the behaviors of your staff at the counter. For your kind identification of the Official I am enclosing one ticket obtained by my friend in the same counter at the same time, who purchased a ticket to my place. I am also enclosing herewith my Ticket for your ready reference and in support of my grievance.
Due to all these illegal acts and misbehaviors of your staff at the counter, I am injured enough due to his gallous and humiliation in front of the general public for none of my fault. I request you to terminate and take necessary steps against the official for his illegal and unlawful acts in the counter as well as non respecting the orders of higher official please.
