When the representative approached me for the credit card I have my name in detail as V.LOGANATHAN.
However, on verification the spelling was different and the defective spelling was pointed out to your representative who came to my address for verification.
Subsequently when the credit card was sent to me address through courier, the same I had returned since the spelling was not correct and my name was not there.
There were a few telephonic calls from your end requesting the details and I also gave the details at least thrice.
I received a letter saying that the credit card sent to me was returned.
Now I have received an SMS indicating that my card bad been billed and a statement had been sent to me. Your system of messaging is so sloppy that it does not have the facility even to reply and or acknowledge.
Sincde I have not received your card and since I even do not know the number assigned to me and will all my explanations your staff were just careless in effecting correction, the mistake is not mine.
i am sure somebody in between would have misused the card and i would like mention very clearly i am not liable to pay for the claim.
In the event of your further claim, I would request your department t show valid proof of the delivery of the credit card and proff of receiving the same. This only shows the slppy way in which your staff are functioning and just try to put the blame on the public.
In the absence of such proof of having delivered to me with my correct spelling I would like to declare i will have no option other than approaching crime branch for necessary action.
I would appreciate your earliest reply.
