I am Not satisfied

My vehicle as covered about 5000 kms and 3rd free service is still pending and there is a cracking noise in the engine and i have brought into the notice of the mechanic and he kept the vehicle for 22 days he changed some parts... after a couple of days once again i am getting the same cracking sound in my vehicles engine and the mechanic is not disclosing about my vehiles problem he always forwards the days by saying that a mangalore mechanic will come to attend the vehicle

i have all the datails of my vehicles spare parts so i plead you to take some action and attend my vehilces problem
