Non receipt of Free Ticket

Kindly note that I received one form for claiming free ticket in the first week of January and immediately I forwarded duly filled to Big city, Bangalore as advised on 16th January by ordinary post. I also scanned and sent one copy to India Today customer care for information. Inspite of my repeated telephone calls to Big city and India today my problem is not yet solved. Even am not getting any emails from them regarding this problem.

Kindly advise what to do. Regds K P N Kutty/Kolkata
