Charging extra money against normol prices

Hello Sir/madam

i am the regular customer of bharat petrolum products mostly "petrol" used for my bike & car.we have a filling station in our city "phillaur" which situated in district jalandhar PUNJAB.The name of the filling station is "SATLUJ FILLING STATION" for the last one year their is no availibity of normal petrol.they are selling only extra premium petrol, but we had a doubt that they cheating with us & they deliver less petrol against full money.most of time we compliant in news paper, but nobody take the action against on that disrtibutor.so we are requested please take some action.hope for good result..
