Dear sir, today i have to fill my bike's petrol tank and went to Indian Oils Outlet M/s Bansal Filling Station grain market road, near railway crossing Model town extn-D ludhiana for getting petrol. But after the filling i found that there is less petrol filled by the vendors. After talking the employees of the petrol pump they told me that the filling machine was in bad condition and they filed the complaint for repair of the said machine to Mr. Abhishek on 10-04 but the machine was not repaired till date. The employees also behaved with me very rudely and told me that they have no responsibilty. After that i asked Mr. Bhasker Sales Officer whose mobile no. 94172-17929 and demanded for the complaint book. then Mr. Bhasker behaved me very rudly after saying that "you have no authority to complaint against us " and he didn't gave me the complaint book'. so I request your goodself to look into the matter.
