Re PF Account No. MH/9104-C/17 with PF office, Kandivli, Mumbai-400067: I have left my services on 08.12.03 and I have already received remittance of Rs.85, 782/- towards part settlement of P.F. accumulations but I am still to get my balance payment and family pension payment. I am vigorously following up with this organization for the last 7 years personally and have written numerous letters to them.
As I am in urgent need of money for my daughter’s education, I humbly request yourself to help me in getting my dues at the earliest possible time.
