I am Thangaraja, formerly worked in a private concern in chennai. Now i resigned the job and my company submit my pf form to the office on october. I look the PF office chennai web page weekly They are regularly update the date only, but my claim status is still under processing, they received my claim on 17.10.2008. today also i checked (22.01.2009) it is under process, when will i receive my PF amount i dont know. And how many months i will wait for getting the amount. They are telling with in 45 days they clear everything but mine is still pending. They do not tell the reason. Please take necessary action about my PF amount
