I have purchased Philips DVD Home Theatre System (Model number:-HTS3090/98) from Metro mall Hyderabad on 9th March. In the month of November i experienced a problem with that system and gave to the Philips service center at DIG Waves Solutions Pvt. Ltd (Authorized philips service center) West Marredpally Secunderabad. on 21st, November. Till now (i.e., 27th, Jan) I did not get my product back. On asking they are giving all irrelevant information and no proper response is given.on 19th Jan, they said the product is ready and I can take it home back but immediately after reaching home it was not working properly again. Immediately we gave it back and asked them to repair it and I also said them that I cannot came always to the service center as I'll be busy and I stay far away from that place. So they said they would make a home delivery to me within 24hours. But Still i did not receive it. Please see that i get my product back as i bought it for a huge price. Also tell me the necessary steps I need to take against them.
