Non issue of receipt for service rendered

We had given rl117 free power radio to philips authorised service centre for repair. (raunak services, vishwas colony vadodara).

We had personally carried this radio to repair the charging handle. We were informed that replacement charges for the handle will be inr 50. service charges will be extra.

On repair we find that we have been charged inr 50 for the handle and inr 46 for service charge and no bill has been given to us even when insisted. Is this how phillips operates? this is a clear clase of looting? service charge for what? why no bill? I have written to the company many times but they have not bothered to respond to my request. i'm also approaching the consumer redressal forum for this matter. I also request your intervention. How can a reputed company not issue a receipt?
