Service not geting proparly

Dear

I have given my philips dvd player to mahor electonics dated on 5th aug and he told me that your dvd player flap broken that why your player not read any cd. you have to change it and its cost near about 150 plus. Then i said ok. But till he giving only one excuse that flap parts not availble. i am really very much dissatisfy that it take two month time perioud to repair it. pl do require.
