Not returning my product which was given for repai

I had given my DVDR 3570H for repair (under warrenty) on 06/01 to Philips authorise service center M/S Gaurav Enterprise A/6 commercial complex Sankar Garden, Vikas Puri New Delhi 110018.After keeping the set for nearly one month (after repeative visit to them) they informed me that one part is not available with company hence set cannot be repaired and they are ready to provide me an alternate set. As silimiler product was not available with company (product was available with one of the dealer) they offered me home theater system of my choice, as the set which was given for repair was totally different from what they were offeing me, I was reluctant to have it. But as I could feel I had no choice I was ready to have Home theater syatem. On second week of feb I gave Service center product no HTC3366 which i wanted. They informed me Product will be available within one week . after one week they informed me product was available with them and I can collect it. When i went to collect it it was not the product which i had demanded so i refused to take it. I was told it will take another week to get the product. Till date they have not given me the product. Please look into it and help me to get the product or my money back.
