I have dual cassette tape recorder with radio Model No. DR 748. I have given it for repair on 21.09.09 at phillips authorised service centre.
The detail is as under.
· Confirm for repair on 25.09.09 at negotiated cost.
· Ready after repair for delivery on 01.10.09
· On trial on 02.10.09, not working properly hence delivery not taken
· Authorised service centre promise to deliver after rerepair on 03.10.09 at my home
· On calling for delivery on 03.10.09 they promise to deliver on 05.10.09
· On 05.10.09 they given the deliver date 08.10.09
. On 08.10.09 they given the deliver date 10.10.09
One can know the class of service given by phillips Authorised service centre.
There is no contact details of higher authority of phillips on web site. If someone know pl. let me know.
