Epair of the DVD player within warrenty period

I had purchased a Philips DVD player in January in Pune. In september it stopped working suddenly. I called up the customer service. They sent a technician. He came and took the player saying that he would fix it and bring it back in 2 days. Its been 15 days now and the the player is still with the Phillips guys. I have been calling them up for teh last one week but not getting any confirmation as to when would it be delivered back. They always say that they would call me back but never do so. Having bought Phillips DVD player is turning out to be a nightmare. Please help me on this.
