I have just bought photon hardly a month before. I got its first bill and glad to hear that company had disconnected my connection before informed me and when I called customer care executive... he told me that your Credit Limit is Rs1500 per month which I have crossed so they done there job well. No bill has sent me before disconnection also saying your executive that I had to pay my bill first than they allow to access on internet. So I paid my bill. Its was Rs 1622 by your executive after that Just for confirmation I call customer care again for the same and found still I have to make for approx Rs 600-700. Your customer care executive saying you’re billed and Unbilled (bill Unbilled) amount is above Rs 2000. So I need clarification what they understand by CREDIT LIMIT.(If my Credit Limit is Rs 1500 how’ come my bill would be above Rs 2000) moreover I have my own records that my usage is not more 3 GB I don’t how they guys calculate. I am so fade up and now, I have requested you I don’t want this connection more…
Please help me to disconnect it and send my Rs 3500 back which I have spent on your that expensive device
