I am Rachit Kumar, have tata photon no. 9212549179 I used Tata photon almost since 1year and I always paid bills before due date. I got my plan changed to 500Rs on which I got confirmation from tata photon employee that I can use this plan upto 30 hours after that speed of internet will be slow as soon after that I paid my first bill at Tata store where they update me about my next bill of 1000 on which I immediately call Tata photon customer care and closed my photon connection and registered complaint about misscommitment made to me. But instead of solving complaint from tata photon I am regularly receiving threatening calls. So now I decided to suit a case against Tata photon. So kindly update me process to file a case and lawyer who can help me in this.
